Biography
Daniel R. Goodge was born and raised in East Tennessee. After graduating from college in 2001, Daniel attended the University of Tennessee College of Law where he participated in the Advocacy Track as well as the Tennessee Innocence Project, the Transactions Business Journal, and the Mediation Clinic. Daniel also took a variety of business-related courses, including contract drafting, real estate finance, and a business associations course (for which he received a Certificate of Academic Excellence).
After graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law, Daniel worked for several years as an associate with a regional civil defense firm. During that time, Daniel argued before the Tennessee Supreme Court—one of the youngest lawyers in the State of Tennessee to do so.
Daniel has been with our firm since 2009 and became a Partner in 2015. Daniel’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury cases, contested probate and estate cases, employment and discrimination cases, contract cases, criminal defense cases, and contested real property cases. However, he also handles Social Security Disability claims, contested child custody cases, construction cases and bad faith insurance denial cases.
Daniel enjoys golf, football, and spending time with his family.
